Located in the Genoa region of Italy, Villa Anete is a lovely villa featuring a private garden and private swimming pool. Ideal for holidays with loved ones or friends, the villa is within walking distance of beaches, while the nearby town of Rapallo has and array of shops and restaurants as well as a small harbour and seaside promenade. Furthermore, the well-known city of Genoa, with its many tourist attractions, is within easy driving distance.
Villa Anete (500 sqm) develops over three levels.
The entrance floor has two double bedrooms (with double beds and sea views), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a bathroom with a tub and shower.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area (with comfortable sofas and armchairs) and an adjacent dining room. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for meal preparation and a table and chairs for casual dining or meal preparation. All three rooms – the living area, dining area and kitchen – feature doors that open onto the garden. The ground floor layout is completed by a bathroom (with a tub).
On the upper floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds and sea views) with ensuite bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a shower).
Outside, there is a beautiful garden featuring a swimming pool (12 x 4m, 1.3 -1.9 m deep), accessible all year round and heated for a fee, accompanied by an outdoor shower. The garden has several relaxation areas with comfortable outdoor seating, each offering captivating views over the bay of San Michele di Pagana. Additionally, an outdoor dining area awaits, complemented by a kitchen with a barbecue and wood burning oven. For convenience, private parking is available for 2 cars.
