This cool, ground floor condominium is the most spacious 1200 sq ft two-bedroom ’C’ plan, with sunken living room, brand new designer furniture, and extensive travertine and granite surfaces. Oceanic Time Warner cable, internet, phone, and Wi-Fi.
Both kitchen and living room are completely remodeled! The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and free-standing travertine bath, with a separate shower room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full separate bathroom. Washer/dryer in unit. There is a large garden Lanai for outdoor dining and entertaining.
