Located in the Ostuni area of Puglia, Casa Rododendro is a charming beachfront property with a garden and direct access to the sea. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the house is 11 km from Ostuni, where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants and within easy driving distance of popular towns like Cisternino (25 km), Locorotondo (35.6 km) and Alberobello, (42.6 km). There is a rocky beach in front of the villa where guests can swim or they can visit the nearby sandy beach, which is about 300m away. A lido style beach is about 600m away (entrance fee required).
Casa Rododendro (90 sqm) develops over one level. The house shares a driveway (with electronic gate) with the house next door, and you enter the property through a large veranda that runs along two sides of the house.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
