CASA RODODENDRO - OSTUNI AREA Located in the Ostuni area of Puglia, Casa Rododendro is a charming beachfront property with a garden and direct access to the sea. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the house is 11 km from Ostuni, where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants and within easy driving distance of popular towns like Cisternino (25 km), Locorotondo (35.6 km) and Alberobello, (42.6 km). There is a rocky beach in front of the villa where guests can swim or they can visit the nearby sandy beach, which is about 300m away. A lido style beach is about 600m away (entrance fee required). Casa Rododendro (90 sqm) develops over one level. The house shares a driveway (with electronic gate) with the house next door, and you enter the property through a large veranda that runs along two sides of the house. Inside, you will find a large living/dining room with a sitting area (with sofa, fireplace, and TV) and a dining area (with dining table). The living room leads to a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven and toaster) and a bathroom (with shower).
