VILLA MASSIMA - MARINA DI MODICA Located close to Marina di Modica, Villa Massima is a stunning property with a private swimming pool and lovely sea views. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, the villa is just 30m from a rocky beach while the nearest sandy beach is just 700m away. There are shops, bars and restaurants nearby (3.5 km) in Marina di Modica, and you can easily drive to the baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa and Noto, as well as Cavagrande del Cassibile and the Vendicari nature reserve. Villa Massima (85 sqm) develops over one level. The villa consists of an open plan living room with doors to the garden, with a sitting area (with sofa and TV), a dining area (with a table seating 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with small breakfast bar). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).
