VILLA NARCISA - SOIANO AREA Located on the south-western shore of Lake Garda, Villa Narcisa is a lovely modern villa with a large garden and swimming pool. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area just 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Soiano, where you can find shops and restaurants. The lake (4 km) has beaches, and the Garda Golf Centre is nearby (2 km), as are trails for hiking and cycling. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday and an excellent starting point for taking a ferry to visit the many beautiful towns around Lake Garda. Villa Narcisa develops over three levels. In the basement, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a family room with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double sofa bed) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds which can be pushed together to make a double). On the mezzanine floor, you will find a living room (with sofa and chairs), a well-equipped kitchen (with door onto the terrace and garden) and a dining area with a dining table (for 10 people). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and garden view), one bathroom (with shower) and one guest bathroom (with toilet). On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with balcony and lake view, and one bathroom (with shower and double sink). Outside, the villa has a large garden (3,800 sqm) with a private swimming pool (12m x 8m; 1.4m - 2.5m) with a deep end (with diving board) and a shallow end, as well as a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas). There is also a shaded dining area (with a table that seats 12 and a barbecue), a furnished terrace and a play area for children (with a playhouse, football nets and table tennis).
