VILLA VJERA - DUBROVNIK AREA Located close to Dubrovnik on the Dalmatian coast, Villa Vjera is a lovely waterfront villa with a private swimming pool and beautiful views of the sea and surrounding islands. The villa is a great place to stay with family or friends. It is just a stone’s throw from the beach (100 m), the nearest grocery shop, bar, and restaurant are within a short walking distance and Dubrovnik town centre is just 6 km away. There are plenty of activities in the area, including visiting the islands of Brač, Pag and Hvar or exploring Dubrovnik with its ancient city walls, baroque buildings, bustling bars, and cafés. Villa Vjera (200 sqm) consists of a main villa which develops over two levels and an annex/suite next to the main building (rented at extra cost). MAIN VILLA (sleeps 7) On the first level, you will find an open plan living room with access to a terrace, with a sitting area (with sofas), a dining area (for 8), and a small well-equipped kitchen. You will also find a bathroom (with bath and shower). On the second level, you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds), one single bedroom (with one single bed) and two bathrooms (with showers). ANNEX (sleeps 2 + 1) The annex consists of a double bed, a single sofa bed and a bathroom (with bath and shower). Outside, you will find a large terrace overlooking the sea with a private swimming pool, a sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and a shady lounge and dining area (with comfortable outdoor sofas and a table for 8). The villa also offers a barbecue/grill and private parking.
