VILLA STELLARE - CAPO D’ORLANDO AREA
Villa Stellare is a large luxury villa located on the Northern coast of Sicily, near the popular seaside resort of Capo D’Orlando. Set in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position, the property offers enchanting sea views towards the Aeolian Islands from the garden and private swimming pool. Located just a few kilometres from the sandy beaches of Capo D’Orlando, this is the perfect place from where you can discover North East Sicily.
The villa develops over three levels and 300 square metres.
On the ground floor, we find the large and spacious living area with sofas, armchairs, dining table area and large modern kitchen. There are three bedrooms on this floor: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one double bedroom. There is an additional bathroom with bathtub and one guest bathroom with toilet and sink. The laundry room is located on this floor.
Stairs take us to the first floor (also accessible from the outside) where we have another sitting room (with piano) and kitchen area. Here, there is a large terrace with sea views.
More stairs take us to the second level. Here, we find more bedrooms and bathrooms: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and one separate bathroom with bath tub.
Outside, we are welcomed by a 3000 square metres garden, with private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.4m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th) equipped with sun lounges and sofas. There is a covered gazebo with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. More outdoor sitting furniture with table and chairs can be found on the terraces, all offering stunning views across the sea.
