Mana Kai Resort is a favorite oceanfront community among travelers who choose to return year after year, and #705 will be your top choice.
This home has been lovingly owned by the same family for decades. They have put so much care and attention into every detail with the guests in mind as well as their own personal enjoyment. The recent remodel puts unit 705 into another level of class. Bamboo cabinets throughout, additional vanity sinks in the bathroom, updated appliances, and furnishings all make this condo your most desired.
The primary suite is ocean-side and is set up as an ’’open concept’’ studio with the living areas and king bed open to each other. Feel free to use the hidden, push back shoji doors to create privacy when needed. In this space, you can lie in bed and listen to the ocean waves lapping at the sandy beach below as you drift asleep. A full bathroom with a large double sink vanity and tiled shower is just opposite the bed. Find access to the ocean view lanai here as well. The guest room also has ocean and mountain views facing West and is situated just off the entry hall. It has its own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and also offers a plush King bed. Bonus mini-fridge and a large built-in desk area. Listen to the ocean or click on your favorite TV show and watch until your eyes get heavy.
Ductless AC units in the guest room and main living space to help cool on those warm summer nights. There is dining inside at the beautiful table for 4 or dine al fresco year-round at the table with seating for 6 on the lanai.
The living room offers a Smart TV and VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS!! Additional sleep space for 2 on the pull-out sofa. The kitchen is well equipped for meals. Plateware, cookware, utensils, and small appliances available for your use during your stay. Beach chairs and beach towels supplied as well.
The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, 4 propane BBQs, onsite coin/credit card operated laundry facilities on each floor, a fitness center, 808 Deli and General Store, and open-air dining and full bar at the ground floor Restaurant coming late 2025. You can also rent beach gear and bikes at the Surf Shack Maui, conveniently located on the ground floor.
Enjoy the favorite Keawakapu Beach, a long sandy beach that fronts many luxury homes and resorts. You can admire the sunset, be delighted by Humpback Whales in winter months, and access beach activities such as snorkeling or paddleboarding and kayaking. Outdoor showers and restrooms are located on the beach level.
At the southern end of Keawakapu Beach, follow the lit beach path that takes you along the ocean shore and in front of the Shops at Wailea as well as dining and shopping at 5 of the most prestigious resorts in Wailea. Four different world-famous golf courses as well as the Wailea Tennis Club are also within just a few miles. Whatever your vacation desires might be, Mana Kai #705 offers you and your guests everything you could hope for to create Memories of a Lifetime.
Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
