VILLA FEDERICA - MODICA AREA
Located in the Modica area of south-east Sicily, Villa Federica is a lovely modern villa with a private garden and swimming pool. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is situated in quiet countryside within a short driving distance of shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Just 6 km away is Modica, one of south-east Sicily’s most distinctive towns.
Villa Federica (150 sqm) develops over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa and TV), a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), and three bathrooms (one ensuite) with showers.
On the first floor you will find two single/double bedrooms (with single beds that can be converted into doubles) and one bathroom (with shower).
Outside there is a large garden (1,000 sqm) featuring a swimming pool with a shallow end and a deep end with diving board (12m x 10m; from 1.2m to 3m deep; open from 1 April to 31 October). Next to the pool, you will find a sun terrace (with sun loungers), a gazebo (with comfortable outdoor seating), outdoor showers and a barbecue.
