Welcome to White Sands Village, # 221! Located just across the street from Magic Sands beach, along the iconic Alii Drive, this new partly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has all the amenities you could need! Desk for zoom calls, central AC, Smart TV, high-speed internet, mountain views, and more!
Conveniently located across the street from Magics Beach Grill, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magics Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.
Upon entering unit 221, you will see the bedrooms on each side. To the right is the primary bedroom that features a lovely ensuite, a brand-new queen bed, and a relaxing bathroom and shower. The guest bedroom has a new queen bed and plenty of room to relax. The guest’s bathroom is located in the hallway for convenience. From the bedrooms to the living area, you will enjoy the Hawaii decor and open space. The kitchen, dining room, and living area are open to one another.
The kitchen has new upgraded appliances and beautiful wood counters. It is fully equipped with all the gadgets one needs to dine in. It opens up to a dining area with a dining table. Enjoy dining inside or sit out on your lanai and listen to the waves crash. You can spend your afternoons relaxing on the couch and streaming some Netflix on the smart TV or work from Hawaii at the workstation. Soak up the central AC or open the lanai doors and feel the nice Hawaii breeze.
Please note: There are a few steps up to the elevator to take you up from the ground floor to the second floor, making it not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children, the lanai is not childproof. This home has central AC.
