This lovely villa with a swimming pool is located close to Ostuni in the Puglia region of Italy. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is situated in quiet countryside close to a minimarket/restaurant and 10 km from the picturesque town of Ostuni, a popular tourist attraction where you can find shops, restaurants, etc. Also in the area are lovely towns such as Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Locorotondo, and Alberobello, along with the seaside towns of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare and the protected marine reserve Torre Guaceto.
Villa Gladiolo (80 sqm) develops over one level.
The villa consists of a large living room (with a double sofa bed, TV, and table seating 4) and a well-equipped kitchen with access to the veranda. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a second bathroom (with shower).
Outside, there is a large veranda which overlooks the pool (with a dining table for six and a small sitting area) as well as a private swimming pool with a sun terrace (with sun loungers).
