Upon entering #3602 at Kanaloa in Kona, you will be welcomed by breathtaking ocean views in the living area of the house. There is an open layout of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has ample seating, with two couches and chairs. Relax and play some games or stream your favorite show on the smart TV. Eat inside at the dining table or eat Hawaiian style outside on your private lanai, where there is another dining table. Watch the palm trees sway and the waves crash at the black beach next to this property. There is a wet bar outside for your convenience. The kitchen is located off the dining room and hallway. It has all the gadgets to cook any meal.
The guest bathroom is located across from the guest room near the living areas of the property. Enjoy a double vanity sink, beautiful wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a large walk-in tile shower. The guest room is across the hall and has two twin beds. Enjoy the garden view from your space, close the blinds, watch some TV, and enjoy the AC.
The primary suite has ample privacy and space. Relax in the king bed, and watch your favorite show from the TV and enjoy the AC unit in the bedroom, on those extra hot days. The primary suite has a large walk-in closet with lots of drawer storage and space to hang items. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with beautiful metallic ’’mermaid’’ tile. Enjoy the double vanity sink and granite countertops.
Sit outside on your private lanai and take in all there is to offer. This property is located on a private bluff and looks down on a black sand beach to one side and an open ocean to the other. Enjoy a cup of Kona Coffee and listen to the waves crash as the world wakes up in Hawaii.
*Please Note: This unit has about 5 stairs to get to the front door. This home is equipped with central AC.

The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve. The Ocean Pool is scheduled to be closed from May 01st through May 20th, 2023, for resurfacing. The Quiet Pool, Main Pool, and spa will still be available during this time.
