ALONZA ESTATE - FLORENCE AREA
Alonza Estate is set in the Chianti wine region of Tuscany between Florence and Siena. Ideal for family or group holidays, the property consists of three private villas (separated by high hedgerows) set in a 20-acre estate – Villa Aberesh, Villa Audenzia and Villa Liliana. Each villa has its own garden and private swimming pool (one indoor) and can be rented on its own or with the other two villas. The village of Panzano is just a short walk away, where you can find supermarkets and a weekly market. The villa is also perfectly located for exploring local vineyards and wineries as well as the famous towns of Florence, Siena and San Gimignano, which are within an hour’s drive away by car.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
