MARZA RESIDENCE - SABBIA - MARZAMEMI AREA
Villa Sabbia, in the Marza residence estate, is a beautiful and modern style house that has recently been built (2019). It is located in a wonderful sea front position, near the popular beach of San Lorenzo and is part of an estate of multiple villas, all with private pools and gardens that can be rented separately or together for larger groups.
Close by, you also find one of Sicily’s most beautiful sandy beaches, the Nature Reserve of Vendicari, and plenty of restaurants in the nearby area. The baroque towns of Syracuse, Ragusa and Noto are just a short driving distance away.
The villa develops over two floors.
Inside, we find a bright living room with sofas, dining table, kitchen area and direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool.
The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one other double bedroom. There is one other separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we find the roof terrace, partially covered and equipped with sun lounges, coffee table and chairs, perfect for an al-fresco breakfast while enjoying the beautiful sea views. As well as 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, accessed from the outside only.
Outside, the villa offer a private garden with private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open from January 1 to December 31). By the pool, we have sun lounges and a covered terrace with table and chairs.
