VILLA VALLEA - SANTA MARIA DEL FOCALLO
Located in Santa Maria del Focallo, Villa Vallea is a lovely independent villa with a swimming pool. Ideal for families or two couples, the villa is within a short walking distance of a restaurant (100 m), a supermarket (200 m), and the beach (80 m). The nearest town is just 5 km away, and the famous baroque towns of Modica, Noto, Scicli and Ragusa are easily reachable if you decide to drive from the villa.
Villa Vallea (90 sqm) develops over one level.
The villa consists of an open plan living room (with access to the garden and pool) with a sitting area (with single sofa bed), a dining area (with table for 4) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and a separate bathroom (with shower).
Outside, the villa offers shady terraces (with sitting and dining areas), and a garden (200 sqm) with a small swimming pool (5m x 3m; usually open 1 April to 31 October) and sun terrace (with sun loungers). An outdoor shower, barbecue and parking are also available.
