VILLA MELISSA - GROSSETO AREA Charming property nestled in the typical Tuscan countryside with its vineyards ad fields. Villa Melissa is located in one of the most beautiful part of Tuscany: in the south of the region and in the heart of Maremma, only a short drive from the sea. Villa Melissa (800sqm) comprises a two-storey main house, one annex and a wellness area. GROUND FLOOR Main entrance, entryway, guest WC, TV room with sat TV and CD/DVD player, sitting room with fireplace, office with computer and fax, dining room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hobs, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine and American coffee machine, laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities. Guests staying in Villa Melissa have free access to a private golf course nearby (12 holes). Guests are required to acquaint themselves with the course; this will take at least one hour.
