The area has a calm, residential feel, with rows of period buildings and tree-lined streets. It is on a quiet and residential street but also near excellent shops, restaurants, parks and cultural spots. The local dining scene around this area is varied with plenty of places within walking distance: -The Troubadour – A historic café and live music venue known for its relaxed vibe and hearty food. -Cacciari’s – An intimate Italian restaurant serving fresh, handmade pasta. -Café du Coin – A cosy coffee spot ideal for a quiet break or morning espresso. -The Prince – A large indoor/outdoor pub with rotating street food vendors and a lively atmosphere. Earl’s Court Road is also home to various independent stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and everyday shops. Just a short walk away, High Street Kensington and the popular King’s Road Chelsea offer upmarket retail options, fashion boutiques, and interiors shops. Nearby are also some lovely museums and galleries. We recommend visiting the Design Museum – located just south of Kensington High Street, it’s ideal for lovers of modern architecture and design and The Saatchi Gallery – only a short bus ride away in Chelsea. The area is also located near lovely open parks: -Bramham Gardens – A peaceful communal garden square just a few streets away. -Holland Park – one of West London’s most beautiful parks, with Japanese gardens, woodland walks, and an open-air opera venue. -Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park – Slightly further afield, but easily reached by tube or bus for a full day out.

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
