VILLA CARITA - TOSCOLANO-MADERNO Located in Toscolano-Maderno on the western shore of Lake Garda, Villa Carita is a lovely family villa with a private pool. The villa is a short walk from the lakefront promenade and beaches (100 m) and close to the town centre (250 m), where you will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, gelateria, shops and supermarkets. The town is a great starting point for trips around and on Lake Garda and there is plenty to do in the area including walking, horseback riding and golf. You are also within easy driving distance of other lakeside towns such as Gardone, Salò and Gargnano. The 220 square meter villa develops over 3 levels. On the lower ground floor you will find a suite (with double bed and double sofa bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), kitchenette and dining/sitting area. On the ground floor you find a large living space with a lounge (with sofa seating for 10 people) and a dining area (with table and chairs for 8/10 people). You will also find a well-equipped kitchen, a study/sitting room (with a sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) and a family bathroom (with shower). On the first floor you will find one master bedroom (with double bed; 170x190cm) with en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower head), one double bedroom (with double bed,170x190cm, and balcony), one single bedroom (with single bed, 80x190cm, and balcony) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one small single bedroom (with a single bed, 80x190cm, and balcony), one twin bedroom (with two single beds, 80x190cm each) and a family bathroom (with shower). Outside you will find a fully fenced garden, a private swimming pool (8 m x 5 m; equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas) and an outside dining and barbecue area (with table and chairs for 10 people).
