VILLA VENERA - SUMARTIN
Located in the elite western part of Sumartin on Brac Island, Villa Venera is a recently renovated villa with a private swimming pool. A short walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach, the villa is perfect for a holiday with family and friends. In Sumartin, you will find a lovely seafront promenade with cafes and restaurants and an 18th century Franciscan Monastery. The resort of Bol, home to the famous Golden Horn (Zlatni Rat) beach, is within easy driving distance or you can take a ferry to Makarska, where you can visit the Biokovo Nature Park and Kotisina Botanical Garden.
Villa Venera (160 sqm2) develops over two levels.
On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms which open onto the garden and pool. Two double bedrooms (with double beds; one with jacuzzi hot tub) and one quadruple bedroom (connected double bedrooms with two double beds). On this level you will also find one bathroom (with bath/hand-held shower) and a laundry (with washing machine).
On the first floor there is an open plan living area with two balconies, a sitting area (with sofas) and a dining area (with a table seating 8). You will also find a bathroom (with shower).
Outside, the villa features a garden with a private swimming pool (50 sqm2; depth 1.7 m; fresh water). Around the swimming pool there is a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and next to the pool, an outdoor shower, bathroom (with toilet) and a covered terrace (with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and table seating 6). On the upper floor of the villa, you will find two balconies with stairs to the pool.
