Villa Emmanuella offers stunning views across the sea from its infinity pool and shaded terrace. It’s the perfect place to unwind in the sun with your family and friends. The villa sits on a small hill just 800m from the coast and is characterized by a picture postcard view of the Ionian Sea. Among the nearby attractions are the famous beaches of Pescoluse (3 km), the seaside town of Torre Vado (3.6 km), and Santa Maria di Lueca (10 km) with its lighthouse and sanctuary, tourist harbour, caves, and beautiful villas along the seafront.
Villa Emmanuella (200 sqm) develops over two levels.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
