VILLA ORIZZONTE - MARINA DI MODICA
Located in a wonderful position, the sea front of Marina di Modica, Villa Orizzonte is an exclusive property that boasts panoramic terraces and modern interiors. It is the perfect base for visiting the baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragua, Ibla and Noto but also Marina di Ragusa with its clubs together with the other places of the famous Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.
The house (200 sq.m) develops over three levels.
On the ground floor we have a bright and modern living room with French sliding doors that open onto the terrace, separate kitchen room with dining table and chairs, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, laundry room, wellness area with sauna, Jacuzzi and shower.
On the first floor we have a second living area with dining room, small kitchenette and TV, a separate guest bathroom with sink and toilet, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, we find another small sitting room and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Outside, the house is developed with “al-fresco” in mind. Each floor has a terrace with beautiful views, equipped with comfortable garden furniture, the Mediterranean garden offers a private swimming pool (12x5m; 1.5m deep; open from April 1 – November 30) with hydro massage corner, wooden patio and sea views and a gazebo with dining area.
