VILLA ALPINA - BELLAGIO AREA
Located in the south of Lake Como where the two southern branches of the lake divide, Villa Alpina is a charming villa with a private garden and swimming pool. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is in a quiet area just a few minutes from Bellagio, a popular tourist destination with colourful alleys and numerous shops, as well as famous villas such as Villa Melzi and Villa Serbelloni. In the area, you may visit lake villages such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo or explore the area by boat, and Milan, Bergamo or Lugano are only 90 minutes away by car.
Please note that there are no taxis or public transport in the area, so we recommend a car to reach the villa.
Villa Alpina (300 sqm) consists of a main villa which develops over three levels, and a dependence which develops over two levels.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
