Perfectly located at the base of Pico Mountain Resort, this cozy second-floor corner condo offers true ski-on, ski-off access and a peaceful retreat just minutes from Killington’s main resort area. It’s the perfect setting for relaxation, adventure, and year-round mountain fun surrounded by Vermont’s natural beauty.
Inside, this bright one-bedroom, one-bathroom home features vaulted ceilings, skylights, and an inviting open-concept layout. The living area includes a wood-burning fireplace and private balcony — ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining area, providing everything you need to cook and gather comfortably.
The quiet bedroom offers restful comfort, while additional sleeping space is available in the living room. For added convenience, a ski locker is located on the ground floor beside the elevator, with the key hanging on a hook near the front door (please return after use; $25 replacement fee if missing).
When you’re ready to explore, Pico Mountain’s 57 trails and six lifts await right outside your door. Guests can also enjoy access to the Pico Sports Center (fee applies), featuring a heated indoor pool, saunas, and fitness facilities.
