VILLA SEADA - PULA AREA
Located close to Pula in the Istria area of Croatia, Villa Seada is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool and jacuzzi. The villa is close to shops and restaurants (2 km) and just 2.5 km from the nearest beach. The town of Pula, with its well-preserved Roman Amphitheatre, is within a short driving distance and the location makes a great base for exploring the Cape Kamenjak nature park and the Brijuni Islands National Park.
Villa Seada (471 sqm) develops over four levels (basement, ground, first and second floor).
The villa consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas, TV), a dining area (with a table seating 8 people) and two, well-equipped kitchens. On the first floor, you can play pool or enjoy a sauna, while on the top-level balcony, you can relax in the jacuzzi hot tub.
In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers), two double bedrooms (with king size beds) and two separate bathrooms (with shower).
Outside, you will find a spacious garden with a heated swimming pool (60 sqm; depth 1.4m; open when the villa is open) and outdoor shower. There is a shady relaxation area (with comfortable outdoor seating) and a separate building in the garden with an outdoor dining area (with kitchen, fireplace, and table seating for eight), gym equipment (including treadmill, cross trainer, weights) and table tennis table.
