VILLA DONITA - SALO’ AREA
Located on the western shore of Lake Garda with a wonderful view of lake, Villa Donita is a stylish modern villa with a private swimming pool. The villa consists of three separate (but internally connected) apartments. The nearby town of Salò (5 km) offers a large choice of restaurants and an interesting variety of shops. It also boasts a beautiful beach as well as the longest promenade of all the lakeside towns.
Villa Donita (350 sqm) develops over three levels and consists of three separate, yet connected apartments with common areas, where you can gather together as a group.
On the ground floor there are two communicating apartments (also with independent entrance): a studio flat with kitchen and double bed with bathroom, and a two-room flat with bedroom, kitchen and living room and bathroom.
On the first floor there is a large living room, kitchen, TV area and double bedroom with bathroom.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms: a suite consisting of a double bedroom, communicating room with double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom, and a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom with bathtub.
All floors are also connected internally.
Outside the villa, you will find a well-maintained garden (approx. 4,800 sqm) with flowers, aromatic plants, olive and fruit trees, a private swimming pool (10.5 m x 3.2 m; depth 1.4 m; open April – November) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and a jacuzzi hot tub (for six people). There are several relaxations areas (with comfortable outdoor seating), a shaded outdoor dining area (with a table seating ten people) and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.
