Shopping and dining are practically on your doorstep. It’s only a couple minutes walk to sushi, burgers, or pizza, there’s a convenience store quite close, and other shopping and dining choices are nearby too. The main shopping area in old Kapa’a, chock full of adorable shops, local crafts, great places to eat, is two miles away. You can hoof it if you’d like, it takes a half hour at a pretty good call for an uber, if you don’t have a rental car. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Please note check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. Unauthorized early check-in/late departure is subject to additional charges.
  • Additional occupants not listed on your rental agreement are not allowed.
  • No smoking allowed (including on the lanai).
  • Please observe complex quiet hours from 9pm - 9am.
  • Please remove your shoes when entering, it’s Hawaiian custom!
  • Do not flush feminine hygiene products or wipes down the toilet.
  • Please avoid sitting on furniture or bedding until you've showered off your sunscreen (it discolors fabric).
  • Do not hang towels or other items from lanai rails.
  • Make sure to return all keys, parking passes, and garage openers when you depart. Replacement charges apply.
  • Please remove garbage and unused food when you depart, it helps keep unwanted pests at bay.
