VILLA ANNACHIARA - PERUGIA AREA
Located on a hill overlooking the Tiber Valley, Villa Annachiara a lovingly restored villa with a private swimming pool and a medieval church. Situated in peaceful countryside, surrounded by fields, rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards, the villa is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family, have a wedding, or organize an event.
The villa is within a short driving distance of shops and a restaurant, and the popular towns of Siena, Arezzo, and Assisi are also within easy reach by car. Other spectacular hill towns include Cortona and Preggio, the latter with its annual classical music festival and the annual Montone Film Festival, which attracts an international audience.
Villa Annachiara (750 sqm) consists of a main villa and annex which both extend over three levels. A 3 km winding asphalt road leads to the villa, which is not suitable for low-height cars or sports cars due to steep sections.
Main villa (sleeps 12)
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a sitting area (with sofa, chairs) and a dining area (with a table for 12), as well as a well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms (with king-size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and a sitting area. There is also a magnificent medieval church attached to the dining room (Santa Maria Maddalena), which is ideal for weddings and special events.
On the first floor, you will find one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). Two bedrooms which share a terrace: one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). A TV room, and a guest bathroom (with toilet).
On the second floor (loft) you will find a double/twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined to make a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Annex (Sleeps 4)
On the other side of the garden, you will find the annex. The ground floor consists of an elegant living room overlooking the terrace, with a sitting area (with sofas) and a dining area (with a table for 8), a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting room, and a guest bathroom (with toilet).
