Marza Residence – Alzavola & Bruna

MARZA RESIDENCE - ALZAVOLA AND BRUNA Marza Residence is composed of a total of five newly built villas, each with its own private swimming pool and garden. The description and price below applies to the two villas called Alzavola and Bruna. The property is close to the charming fishing village of Marzamemi and it is only a short drive distance away from the beautiful baroque towns of Noto and Syracuse. VILLA ALZAVOLA - Sleeps 4+2 Inside, we find the living room area with large doors that open onto the terrace and the modern kitchen with table and chairs and equipped with built in appliances. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, and a third bedroom with double sofa bed. There is one separate bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a private swimming pool (3 x 2m; 1.2m deep). On the roof, we find a private Jacuzzi (2x2m; 0.7m deep) with covered terrace and sun lounges from where you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Both the pool and the Jacuzzi are open all year round and the Jacuzzi can be heated (electrically) on request. The villa offers large terraces, equipped with table and chairs and ideal for an al-fresco dinner in the evening. VILLA BRUNA - Sleeps 8 On the ground floor, we find the living room with French doors that open onto the terrace, dining room with table and chairs, kitchen area and sofa. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and other one bedroom. There is another separate bathroom with shower that isn’t en-suite. On the first floor, accessed from the outside only, we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the outdoor terrace, covered and equipped with sun lounges, table and chairs and an unobstructed view of the beautiful sea. Outside, we find more covered terraces (100 sq.m), equipped with comfortable furnishings, decked area around a private swimming pool (3x5m; 1.3m deep; open from March 1 – November 30). The pool area is also equipped with sun lounges and an outdoor shower.
