VILLA MORELLA - TOSCOLANO MADERNO AREA Located 300m above sea level, surrounded by 10 hectares of olive groves and offering beautiful views of the hills and lake, Villa Morella is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a relaxing time by the pool, taking in the lake views, the peace and quiet of the nearby woods, perfect for walks and picnics, and at the same time for those who enjoy trekking and mountain biking. Villa Morella has been decorated with the outmost care in every detail to offer its guests the perfect blend of style and comfort. Within the iron and glass conservatory we find a spacious living area consisting of a living room, dining room and kitchen and one bathroom with toilet and sink. The sleeping area consists of three cosy double bedrooms (two can be prepared as twin bedrooms) with en-suite, open space bathrooms (two with marble bathtub and shower and one with shower). Two extra beds can be added, on request, for children under 12. The outdoor area offer a private swimming pool with stunning lake views, a set in stone whirlpool tub (heated on request), sun lounges and comfortable garden furniture. Overlooking the lake and garden, we find a wellness area with whirlpool, Finnish sauna, large shower and comfortable beds. On request, we can arrange for a masseur and beautician for treatments. Small dogs are allowed on request (extra deposit).
