VILLA DANTE - PADENGHE DEL GARDA AREA
Found at the edge of Padenghe Sul Garda town, Villa Dante is a beautiful and bright house, with large windows overlooking the garden and a splendid swimming pool overlooking the lake. It is located in an exclusive and residential area made up of other villas; these villas, including Villa Dante, share the amenities of the area which include two more swimming pools, well-kept tennis courts, and parks with beautiful walking areas. Villa Dante is located about 3km from the centre of Padenghe del Garda, where you can find typical restaurants, gelaterias and small shops, various cycling and hiking trails. The beaches are also just 3km away, and not too far you can find a popular gold centre. The Gardaland amusement water park is only 30km away, making this villa ideal for those with children and those who wish to stay active with tennis and golf activities.
The house develops on two levels.
On the ground floor we have the spacious living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and a stunning view across the garden. From the living room we access the separate kitchen which has direct access to the covered terrace and Is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, and more. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms. All three bedrooms have direct access to the outside area. There are also two additional bathrooms: one guest bathroom with sink and toilet and one bathroom with shower and tub for the other two bedrooms.
On the lower level, we find two large double bedrooms and one separate bathroom with shower. Here we also have the laundry room.
Outside, the villa has a swimming pool (8 x 3m; depth 1.4m) and a beautiful, covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco meals while enjoying the lake views. At about 200 metres from the villa, we find the shared swimming pools (shared with some nearby villas) and two tennis courts. Nearby you can also find a popular golf course (2 course, 27 holes).
