Located North of Lucca, Villa Luciella is a beautiful modern property, composed of two apartments with private pool. Within 15 minutes drive you can reach the walls of Lucca city, with its marvellous streets, shops, restaurants, culture and history. It is also possible to take a bus, found near the house that will take you into Lucca within an hour. At 150m from the house, you will find the nearest Osteria with tables and takeaway. There are more choices of shops and restaurants in the nearby town at only 1.5km distance from the villa. The owners live on the property; they are very discreet but are there to help should you need it; they do not use the pool and the garden and they have their own outdoor area at the back-side of the house but please note that, although they are gone during the days, the garden and pool can be overlooked when they are home. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- For properties that have pools: Pools are open between June and September unless specified otherwise in our description. For dates outside this period, please enquire.
