VILLA VESNA - SUMARTIN
Located in the picturesque village of Sumartin on Brac, Villa Vesna is a recently renovated stone house with a private heated swimming pool and stunning sea views. The villa is a short walking distance from the beach and town centre, where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants, and a lovely seafront promenade. The resort of Bol, home to the famous Golden Horn (Zlatni Rat) beach is within easy driving distance and there are regular ferries to Makarska from the port.
Villa Vesna (150 sqm2) develops over two levels (connected by an external staircase).
On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a sitting area (with sofa) and a kitchen/dining area. You will also find a guest bathroom (with toilet) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
On the first floor you will find one triple bedroom (with double bed and single sofa bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath), one triple bedroom (with double bed and single sofa bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).
Outside, the villa features a lovely garden with a private swimming pool (25 sqm2; depth 1.05 – 1.65 m) which can be heated. The outside living area includes a sun terrace surrounding the pool (with sun loungers and umbrella), a shaded outside dining area (with table seating ten), two balconies and a grassy area with a children’s playground (with swing, see-saw, and slide).
