VILLA ARMILIA - MODICA AREA
Located between Marina di Modica and Pozzallo in south-east Sicily, Villa Armilia is a lovely villa with a private pool. It is ideal for families with children and those looking for a seaside holiday, as the villa is just a short walk from the nearest beach (100 m) and close to a supermarket and the town. The nearest restaurant is approximately 7 minutes’ drive by car and the villa is also conveniently located for exploring south-east Sicily including Modica and Ragusa, as well as other baroque towns in theVal di Noto.
Villa Armilia (120 sqm) develops over two levels.
The ground floor consists of a living room with sofa, a well-equipped kitchen (with a breakfast bar and dining table), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and two bathrooms (with showers).
On the first floor, you will find a cosy living room with a kitchenette and two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers).
Outside a shady veranda has an outdoor dining and sitting area and the garden features a swimming pool (9m x 4m; usually open 1 April to 31 October) and sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas). There is also a first-floor balcony, an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, as well as private parking.
