This lovely property lies in the town of Portopalo, near Capo Passero, on Sicily’s southernmost tip. It is one of the outposts of Europe on the border with the Mediterranean and Africa. Time has stood still in Portopalo, a village which still lives from fishing and agriculture. There are sandy beaches and reefs punctuated by little coves to offer something for everyone; for sunbathers, kids, stronger swimmers, snorkelers and divers, and those who want to fish.
Villa Pizzuta develops over two levels and has an independent annex.

On the ground floor, on the right hand side as you enter, you will find the bright and spacious living and dining area, equipped with table and chairs and the sofa with TV whilst on the right hand side you will get to the modern kitchen, equipped with gas hobs, fridge-freezer, and electric oven. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
