The living area is made of a spacious living room, dining area and small TV room in one room with architectural elements that create pleasant independent spaces.
The living room is beautifully lit by windows and French doors that open onto the balcony which gifts a splendid view of the Duomo.
In a separate room on the right of the entrance there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen for preparing all kinds of dishes. Continuing to the right you will be welcomed by a delightful and cosy double bedroom.
A small hallway leads to the sleeping area. The master bedroom is situated on the right side with its full bathroom on the left side of the corridor. Of particular note is the master bathroom with both separate shower and bathtub. Completes the hallway a second full bathroom and the laundry room.
This delightful flat is the ideal choice for couples of friends or a family looking for a quiet location but just a few minutes away from the historical centre and the vibrant Oltrarno district, rich in artisan shops, restaurants and wine bars.
