There are a limited number of parking spaces in front of the Co-Op at which you can park for free. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and is accessible via a small external stair case. Upon entering the apartment, doors lead off from the hallway to the living room, bathroom, kitchen, master bedroom, and second bedroom.
