VILLA ABRIANA - TOSCOLANO-MADERNO AREA
Located in the Toscolano-Maderno area on the western shore of Lake Garda, Villa Abriana is lovely lakefront villa with a private swimming dock and wonderful views of the lake. The villa is a short walk from Bogliaco (with some good bars, a restaurant and a golf club) and a short driving distance from the lively town of Toscolano-Maderno, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, a weekly market (Thursday mornings) and a ferry port. You will also find two Michelin star restaurants (Tortuga and Villa Feltrinelli) in Gargnano as well as another ferry port.
This 160 square metre villa develops over 2 levels.
On the ground floor (lake level) you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom (with single bunk beds), a family suite (with double bed and a sofa bed that opens up to two single beds), a shared bathroom (with shower), laundry room and an exit to the garden, lake and dock.
From the entrance on the first floor you will find a lounge area (with comfortable sofa seating for 8/10 people), a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area (with dining table and seating for 8) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).
Outside you will find a 2000 square metre terraced garden, fully fenced (with mature trees and flowers), private access to the lake and a private dock for swimming and short term boat mooring. You will also find a covered dining/relaxation area overlooking the lake (with dining table and lounge furniture) and a small built-in barbecue.
Please note that the dock is not designed for long term mooring or for boats larger than 8 m and sudden winds can cause damage to boats moored on the dock, so use at your own risk.
