Located in Primošten, a small town between Šibenik and Split, Villa Vitomera is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool. Just 20 metres from the sea and 1 km from the centre of town where you can find shops, restaurants and other amenities, the villa is ideal for larger family gatherings or groups of people.
Villa Vitomera (500 sqm) develops over three levels.
This villa features three well-equipped modern kitchens, three sitting areas (with sofas), three dining areas, one guest bathroom (with toilet) and a room with a sauna/gym (equipped with T-rex bands, dumbbells, weights and mats). In the sleeping area, you will find seven double bedrooms (three with king-size beds and four with double beds), five ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and two private bathrooms (with showers).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
