The Courthouse neighborhood boasts an array of restaurants, pubs and lounges, a movie theater and hotels just steps from Metro. At Bayou Bakery, you can taste authentic New Orleans-style beignets from Food Network star Chef David Guas. Within walking distance of Clarendon and just up the hill from Rosslyn and D.C.’s Georgetown, Courthouse also offers unique shopping opportunities. On Saturdays, visitors can stroll through the Arlington Farmers Market and Arlington Urban Village Market for fantastic locally produced foods and a variety of crafts and antiques. If you are looking for something unique, antique or distinct, the Urban Village Market (located on 15th Street near the Courthouse Metro station) is a good bet. You’ll find jewelry, clothing, vintage magazines and posters, furniture, hand-made crafts and more. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
