One of the greatest pleasures of living on the bay is simply strolling along the beach, enjoying the sand between your toes and the salty air. The bay’s warm waters and gentle waves create an ideal playground for children and make swimming both pleasurable and safe. Relax/Enjoy!
Beach Construction Notice:
The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.
Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.

Arrive to an brightly decorate living and dining area, curated to be the perfect spot to entertain and enjoy your time together. Stone countertops, new designer stainless steel appliances and a fully appointed kitchen round out this tastefully designed home. Coastal Cottage is a 3 bedroom home that comfortably entertains and sleeps 6 people. The Crate and Barrel dining table seats the entire family and the custom designer living room fits everyone for a movie night in. Plan to indulge yourself in real down comforters, hand picked feather and gel pillows and luxury bath towels. A sun filled master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the additional 1 bedrooms has a twin bunk bed. The full bathroom has a bathtub for easy kid bath time! This space was planned for real family time with a fire pit, gas grill, a patio swing & chairs for lounging. Beach chairs are available.
Please Read - Landscaping is schedule for Monday - Wednesday in Norfolk. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Property Manager reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
