This meticulously cared for home has everything you could ask for & more. This corner lot townhome is fully appointed with a queen and full bed, feather pillows, down duvets, an outfitted kitchen, Hulu Live and Netflix a central air and heat system, granite countertops and ton of closet space. There is nothing like living by all of your favorite places where you like to shop & eat & this home offers you that opportunity.
Tastefully decorated but made for living. One queen bed and one full bed complete with feather and gel pillows. All of my comforters are down filled. Your sleep matters to me. The extra large sectional makes for plenty of place for enjoying a relaxing evening at home.

Campus East and Wesleyan Pines are located in the Northwest part of Virginia Beach right across from Virginia Wesleyan College Our Community is centrally located within Hampton Roads. We are only 10 miles from Norfolk Naval Station, 11 Miles from Master Jet Base Oceana, and 5 miles from Joint Base Little Creek. We are 2 miles to Sentara Leigh hospital, 8 miles to Norfolk General, 9 miles to Sentara Princess Anne. This is an ideal neighborhood for military or medical professionals.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
