Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • Check-in starts at 3 pm;
- • Check-outs end at 11 am; after that hour, midnight will be charged and if you want to leave after 2 pm you will be charged for an entire night.
- • If you need a baby cot we can make one available for 39€.
- • Price of garage access on request;
- • The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of 2 € per night per person up to 7 nights.
- • Our space is 'Self-Catered'! We offer a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day and toilet paper. These are complimentary treats! For substitutions or replacements, we provide them at an extra cost;
- • Enhance your stay with additional services available, such as extra keys, extra cleaning and extra linen. For more details on these amenities and their rates, please contact us;
- - Respect quiet hours (Before 10am or after 10pm) | If check out rules are not respected, an additional extra fee will be charged;
- - The garage is uncovered and unmarked, and you can stop anywhere as long as you don't get in the way of other vehicles.
- - Travel Cot and High Chair Fee: Fixed fee of €39.00 for each item.
- - Towel + Bedding Exchange Fee during stay: €24.00. - - For reservations equal to or exceeding 28 nights, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet) of up to €100.00
