Welcome to the Ocean View Mosaic Suites! The Serene Suite is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) designed with comfortability and enjoyment in mind. This condo is a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Beach chairs are available. Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a queen size bed Bedroom 2: The bedroom has a queen size bed There is no ramp or elevator in this house. There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. Our home is contactless, seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared before your arrival. Easy access to main roads: I-64 & I-664, public transit with bus (Hampton Roads Transit) and train (Amtrak) Local Gems - Ocean View Fishing Pier:The longest pier on the East Coast, perfect for casting a line or catching the sunset. - Greenies Bar & Grill: A laid-back beachfront spot for fish tacos, cold drinks, and unbeatable bay views. - Ocean View Station Museum: A charming stop where you can explore the neighborhood’s deep ties to rail, resort, and military history. Before your stay, we kindly ask you to review the following important information to ensure a smooth arrival and peaceful experience: Guest Verification with Truvi To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Property Manager partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification and damage assurance platform. Property Access & Maintenance From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Property Manager reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. Baby Gear (Optional Add-On) Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information Driving to your Property Manager? Please inquire with the Property Manager team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Property Manager and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
