Welcome to a modern duplex apartment in Porches, just 220 m from the beach Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha!
Spacious accommodation (120 m²) is ideal for a large family or group of friends. Our apartments are designed for large families and friendly groups who value comfort, space and proximity to the ocean.
Two cozy bedrooms with access to the terraces are equipped with a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and 2 large (90 × 200 cm) single beds, and for younger guests there is a cot and a high chair.
In the combined living room with the kitchen you will find everything you need for family dinners and fun gatherings. A sofa bed in the living room and a fold-out bed are also available for our guests.
The terraces will become your favorite places to relax - equipped with sun loungers and dining areas, they will give you moments of privacy or friendly communication in the fresh air.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
