three-bathroom townhouse offers an exceptional stay in one of London’s
most prestigious neighbourhoods. Spanning over 320 square meters, the
home is filled with natural light, period charm, and contemporary
comforts- just a short walk from both tube stations and an abundance of
world-class shops, restaurants, and parks. RAISED GROUND FLOOR Here
lies the heart of the home with the drawing room off the hallway,
complete with high ceilings, fireplaces, plush sofas, curated artwork,
and a stunning chandelier. The drawing room also opens to the formal
dining area and a balcony that overlooks the garden. Please note that
whilst board and cards games are welcome to be played at the table, it
is a very delicate antique and meals are preferred to be taken in the
kitchen downstairs. To the right of the hallway is a guest WC. LOWER
GROUND FLOOR Here you’ll find a generously sized, fully equipped
kitchen featuring two ovens, two grills, gas hobs, and ample workspace.
A breakfast table overlooks the pretty patio garden, perfect for warm

informal sitting room and TV. This level also includes a utility room
with washer and dryer, a guest WC, and access to the private patio

sweeping staircase to the first floor, home to two luxurious bedrooms:
A spacious king-sized bedroom overlooking the quiet street, with
wardrobe, desk, and en-suite shower room with WC. The master suite,
offering a super king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers,
and a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom with double sinks,
bathtub, and walk-in shower. TOP FLOOR On the top floor are three
further bedrooms: A bright king-sized bedroom with wardrobe and chest
of drawers. A charming twin room with trundle bed, ideal for children,
complete with wardrobe space. This bed can also be made into a double
if needed. Another king-sized bedroom with chest of drawers and
wardrobe, plus an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. This floor also
includes a family bathroom with double sinks and a shower over bath.

happening next door, however please note the noisy work is now
finished. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is
21-years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be
