Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

We do not use lockers for check-in, because we work exclusively with private homes, it is important for us to verify that the person checking in is the same person who made the reservation. This helps us maintain the privacy and exclusivity of our properties, and ensures that our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
  • At our exclusive vacation home rental company, we are committed to providing our guests with the highest level of service and comfort. To ensure that the check-in process runs smoothly and efficiently, we kindly ask that you arrive within the designated check-in hours: from 16:00 to 20:00.
  • In the event that you are unable to arrive within the designated check-in time, we offer late check-in for an additional charge. The late check-in fee covers the costs associated with having a member of our team available outside of office hours to assist you with your check-in.
  • Please note that the late check-in fee may vary depending on your arrival time, and that this fee is separate from the rental rates. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a late check-in, in order to avoid delays or complications upon your arrival.
  • GARDENER/POOL MAINTENANCE
  • At Property Manager - Málaga, we take great pride in maintaining our properties to the highest standards, ensuring that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Regular maintenance of the garden and pool is essential to keep the surroundings beautiful and in top-notch condition for our guests.
  • We understand that the timing of these visits may not always align with your schedule, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific timeframes for these visits as the maintenance staff has a dynamic schedule to cover multiple properties in the area.
  • However, we will do our best to inform you in advance whenever possible about their expected visits. We want to ensure that these brief maintenance activities do not disrupt your vacation and that you have the utmost privacy and enjoyment during your stay.
  • If you have any specific concerns or preferences regarding the timing of these visits, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
  • BABY COT/BABY SEAT
  • At Property Manager - Malaga, we understand that traveling with small children can be a challenge, so we want to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.We are pleased to offer our guests the option of renting a crib and/or baby chair during their stay.
  • Please note that our houses do not come equipped with a crib or baby chair, but our company will be happy to provide them to our guests for an additional cost. For prices and availability, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Please note that the availability of our crib and high chair rentals may be limited, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure these items for your stay.
