Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- To play Golf, you need to pay an initial $575 golf transfer fee. There is then an additional daily fee the community charges, on the days you want to play. If you do not want to play Golf, you do not need to pay the $500 fee we are charging for that.
- To use the amenities, there is a $460 resort fee
- It takes 2 weeks to get you registered with the community in order for you to use the amenities, so please reach out to us prior to booking. We do not recommend having your initial check in day be on the weekend, as the office is closed then.
- All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $150 fee per pet fee and only allow 2 pets maximum. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.
- Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
- No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!
- NO Smoking of any kind
- NO Parties
- NO Confetti or taping anything to the walls
- NO flushing anything down the toilet besides toilet paper
