Casa Grande - Large in Style, Space and Summer Atmosphere in Jávea
Are you looking for a villa that has it all? Say hello to Casa Grande: a relaxed yet elegant holiday home on a generous flat plot in sunny Jávea, Costa Blanca. With beautiful views of Montgó mountain, lush Mediterranean gardens and an enormous private pool to cool off, this is your perfect base to make the most of coastal living.
Designed for up to eight guests, the villa has four spacious bedrooms: three on the ground floor, including a double room with an en-suite bathroom, a cosy twin bedroom and a second double room with two additional shower rooms. On the upper floor is the main suite with a double bed (180 x 190 cm), its own en-suite bathroom and panoramic views over the pool, garden and mountains. It is the only room with air conditioning, but all bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans to keep a fresh and comfortable environment.
The indoor atmosphere is relaxed and sociable. There is a large living room with a smart TV for movie nights, and a bright and elegant dining room that overlooks a beautiful outdoor patio. Slide towards the shaded terrace to have your morning coffee or take a nap with the breeze: it is also the main entrance of the house. And of course, there is fast fibre internet if you need to stay connected (or play your Spotify holiday playlist).
Outside, you have space to spread out and sunbathe: imagine barbecue dinners in the little house, children splashing in the pool and relaxed evenings under the stars.
Hidden in a quiet area, Casa Grande is still just a short journey from everything you need. Stop by the charming Old Town of Jávea, book a table at the legendary El Gaucho restaurant, or play golf at La Sella Golf & Spa (less than 10 minutes away). The golden sands and beach atmosphere of Arenal are also just 15 minutes away.
Casa Grande is made for family getaways, group trips, and for anyone who loves the sun, space, and good moments.

About the area
Xàbia (also known as Jávea), a coastal town in Spain's Costa Blanca, is a gem that offers a delightful mix of historical charm, natural beauty, and modern amenities. Nestled between the capes of San Antonio and La Nao, Xàbia is divided into three main areas: the old town, the port, and the beach area, each with its own unique allure.
The old town of Xàbia is a journey back in time with its narrow, winding streets and gothic buildings, such as the fortress-like Church of San Bartolomé. This area is a testament to the town's rich history, with its ancient walls and historical museums that provide insight into the lives of its past inhabitants.
The port area, known as Aduanas del Mar, is a bustling hub where fishing boats and yachts coexist. It's a perfect spot to savor fresh seafood at one of the many restaurants overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The port also features the modernist Casa del Cable, which now serves as an exhibition hall.
For beach lovers, the sandy Arenal Beach is the main attraction with its palm-lined promenade, lively bars, and restaurants. The clear blue waters are ideal for swimming, while the surrounding coves, such as Granadella and Portitxol, offer excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving.
Nature enthusiasts will be drawn to the Montgó Natural Park, which towers over Xàbia and provides a stunning backdrop to the town. The park is a haven for hikers and wildlife watchers, with its diverse flora and fauna and panoramic views of the coastline.
Xàbia's microclimate is considered one of the best in the world by the World Health Organization, making it an ideal destination year-round. The town also hosts various cultural events and festivals, such as the lively Fiesta de San Juan in June, which celebrates the summer solstice with bonfires and fireworks.
For those interested in art and architecture, Xàbia does not disappoint. The town has inspired many artists, including the famous Spanish painter Joaquín Sorolla, who captured its landscapes in his works.
In summary, Xàbia is a destination that offers a harmonious blend of historical depth, natural splendor, and a vibrant contemporary lifestyle. Whether you're looking to explore its cultural heritage, relax on its beautiful beaches, or enjoy outdoor activities in a picturesque setting, Xàbia caters to all tastes and preferences.
