This 2-story, second-level entry 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo offers 1369 square feet of living space and will sleep 6 guests. On the main level are the living area, kitchen, dining, and one of the 3 bedrooms. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and access to a deck with outdoor chairs. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6. The bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bath with a single sink vanity and a shower only.
On the upper level is the master bedroom with a King bed, ceiling fan, sitting area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the deck with outdoor chairs. The ensuite bath has a single sink vanity and a shower only. The second bedroom on this level has a King bed and an ensuite bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenity passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Property Manager cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time.
Complex Features: The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion is about two blocks away. This is the best location for convenient access to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, pools, shops, and meeting facilities. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away, and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. In the summer, the bike path provides miles of scenic biking or walking enjoyment.
Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
