Argyle Rigg is an award winning development of 2 bed townhouses in the centre of St Andrews. This 2 bed townhouse is split over 3 levels with a roof top terrace. Both bedrooms are ensuite and comfortably sleeps 4 guests in a double and a twin.
Pay and Display parking available directly outside the townhouse. The property is also sited at the end of the beautiful Lade Braes walk.
The accommodation layouts are as follows:
Ground Floor - open-plan kitchen/diner with seating for 4 guests. Utility cupboard. Bathroom. First Floor - 2 bedrooms on this level, both ensuite. Second Floor - lounge with access to roof top terrace and balcony. Guests will have full access to the entire property with the exception of one storage cupboard which will be locked. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
